Why We Don't Accept Returns
Our products are custom-made print-on-demand items that are produced specifically for you after you place your order. Once production begins, we cannot cancel or modify your order.
Defective or Damaged Products
While we don't accept returns for change of mind, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective due to a manufacturing error
- Incorrectly printed or produced
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@xerve.in with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the defective/damaged item
- A description of the issue
We will review your case and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund as required by law at our discretion.
